From an SEO point of view, descriptive names have the advantage that it is immediately clear to search engine robots what a given company does. The disadvantage is that these names are not very unique and an Internet. User can easily accidentally click on a competitor's website in the search results. However, you should not exaggerate with originality so that the name is still easy to pronounce and remember.
